everyone has to live somewhere, and in tokyo there are plenty available places to live one's life, from apartments, to flats, joint houses, and even shrines, this is where you can go to rest up and feel at home

the main town centre. it is here where you can go shopping, or spend a day out. a lot of traditional items are on display here, for kyoto is a more traditional province than tokyo. other than places to shop however, there are resturants and parks littered around and a little nightlife

the gion used to be a district in which a number of geisha and teahouses existed. it's quieter nowadays, but it is the place where geisha and meiko can still be found working. tradition values are still present here
